Delaney is a graduate of Missouri State University’s Hospitality Management program. She has been a part of the O’Reilly Hospitality Management team since December of 2015. Delaney mirrors OHM’s values, and their commitment to sustainability, community involvement, and elevating the modern guest experience. Delaney is a native of Springfield, MO, and currently resides in the area with her husband, and their two beautiful children. She loves her career and the opportunities it creates to meet new and interesting people.
